This Privacy Notice explains how Globalio LLC (“Globalio,” “we,” “us”) processes personal information when you use Lovyro, our AI companion service, website, and mobile applications. Lovyro is intended only for adults aged 18 and older.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, including email address, display name, age confirmation, language, timezone, and preferences.
- Your messages, voice interactions, uploaded media, conversation metadata, and the optional memories created to maintain continuity with a companion.
- Device, diagnostic, security, usage, transaction, and customer-support information.
- Information received from sign-in, payment, infrastructure, analytics, AI model, voice, image, moderation, and other service providers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you; provide chats, calls, companion continuity, and optional memory; personalize the service; prevent fraud and abuse; operate allowances, payments, and support; maintain safety and reliability; and comply with legal obligations. We may process information to improve Lovyro where permitted by law and consistent with the choices presented to you.
AI processing
Conversation content and relevant context may be sent to contracted AI, voice, image, infrastructure, and safety providers so that Lovyro can generate responses and operate the service. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. Every Lovyro companion is fictional and AI-generated, not a human participant.
Memory controls
You can review and delete visible memories, disable optional memory, clear conversations, and request account deletion. Removing a memory prevents it from being used as an active memory, subject to limited security, backup, dispute, or legal-retention requirements.
Legal bases and sharing
Depending on your location, we rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. We disclose information to service providers that help us operate Lovyro, to professional advisers and authorities where legally required, and in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including providing your account, protecting the service, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International transfers and children
Information may be processed in countries other than your own using appropriate safeguards where required. Lovyro is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
