Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Globalio LLC (“Globalio,” “we,” “us”) for your use of Lovyro. By creating an account or using Lovyro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Every Lovyro companion is fictional and AI-generated. Companions are clearly identified as AI and must not be represented as real people.
The service
Lovyro may provide AI-generated text, voice, images, memories, and related features. AI responses can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. Lovyro is for companionship and entertainment and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional services.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, securing your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer access in a way that compromises security or these Terms. You can request account deletion from the product or by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You must not use Lovyro to violate law; exploit or sexualize minors; threaten, harass, or harm others; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; create non-consensual intimate content; impersonate a real person; defeat safety or access controls; automate abusive access; distribute malware; or interfere with the service. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or Lovyro.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You give Globalio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Lovyro consistent with our Privacy Notice. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Free use, credits, and purchases
Lovyro may offer a free allowance and optional paid credits or subscriptions. Available features, limits, prices, taxes, refund rights, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are also subject to the applicable app store’s terms. We will not enable auto-recharge without explicit consent.
Ownership
Lovyro, its software, branding, companion designs, and service content are owned by Globalio or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovyro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Globalio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Globalio LLC, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
