Child Safety Standards

Lovyro is an AI companion service operated by Globalio LLC and is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited conduct and content
Users must not create, request, upload, share, promote, solicit, or facilitate content that sexually exploits, endangers, grooms, or sexualizes a person under 18. This includes real, synthetic, illustrated, or AI-generated content, attempts to obtain such material, and links or instructions that facilitate exploitation.
Prevention and enforcement
Lovyro restricts access to adults, applies service rules and safety controls to user requests and AI output, and may review reported content and related account activity. When we identify a violation, we may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and take other steps needed to protect people and the service.
Reporting concerns
Users can report a child-safety concern from the app under Profile → Privacy & safety, or email our dedicated safety contact at safety@lovyro.com. Include only information needed to locate and assess the issue. Do not forward or attach suspected CSAM; provide a link, account reference, and description instead.
Reports to authorities
Globalio LLC complies with applicable child-safety laws. We preserve and report confirmed or suspected child sexual exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities when required, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
